Designed by Ismael Leyva Architects and developed by Lex 47th Property Owner LLC, the 500-foot-tall structure will yield 191 condominium units in studio to two-bedroom units, as well as 5,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space. Hopson Development Holdings is developing the site, which was purchased from the original developers, New Empire Real Estate. Silverback Development was brought onto the project in 2020 but is now no longer part of the building. Structure Tech New York and Cauldwell Wingate are in charge of building the project, which is located between Lexington and Third Avenues.
