A new four-story residential building is coming to 718 Bushwick Avenue, in the Brooklyn neighborhood of East Williamsburg. Permits were filed last week for the ground-up, 46-foot-tall structure, which will contain eight units and be constructed with a masonry system on the 1,874 square foot lot. The building itself will measure just under 5,600 square feet, and is being designed by Robert Bianchini of Arc Architecture + Design Studio. The developer of the project is James Best of 718 Bushwick Ave, LLC.
Located between George Street and Melrose Street along Wilson Avenue in East Williamsburg, a new 5,464 square foot apartment building is slated to rise four stories, including a sub-level and a rooftop, containing eight two-bedroom apartments. The property is located just off of Flushing Avenue, not too far from the Jefferson Street subway stop on the L Train, as well as Knickerbocker Ave & Central Avenue on the M Train. The owner and developer is Chaim Landau.
Architect Karl Fischer’s latest development has taken rise in a buzzing corner of Brooklyn’s East Williamsburg neighborhood. When complete, the project will yield 33, 987 square feet of new residential property, 10,829 feet of prime commercial space, and a 24,070 square foot community facility. Filings also indicate enclosed parking volumes designed to accomodate up to 59 vehicles.
Plans for a new eight-story apartment building at 885 Grand Street in East Williamsburg are moving ahead after the joint venture of Lemle & Wolff Development Co. and Alphonso Milo secured a $12.85 million construction loan from Sterling National Bank. Today, YIMBY also has the first rendering for the project.

The site is three blocks away from the Grand Street Subway Station, serviced by the L train. Right past the Subway Station is an active avenue of stores, restaurants, and bars. Mures Corporation will be responsible for the development.
