Construction is underway on phase two of the 7.1-acre Roebling Center redevelopment project, a collection of five former industrial buildings in Trenton, New Jersey that are being transformed into a residential, commercial, and entertainment destination.
Continental Properties has secured a $49.7 million construction loan to complete a new 169-unit rental development in Livingston, New Jersey. Located at 100 Eisenhower Parkway, the building will top out at four stories and comprise a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units.
Lonicera Partners and Rabina have revealed preliminary renderings of 55 Willoughby Street, a 38-story residential tower in Downtown Brooklyn. Designed by Colberg Architecture, the structure will span 268,000 square feet and yield 295 apartments, 3,500 square feet of retail space, and more than 12,000 square feet of amenity space for residences.
United Construction and Development Group has revealed renderings for a three-tower residential complex at 93-30 93rd Street in Rego Park, Queens. Located on a wedge-shaped lot that faces the Long Island Expressway service road, the site is currently vacant and is zoned for up to 670,000 buildable square feet.
SJP Properties and New Brunswick Development Corporation (DEVCO) have unveiled plans to develop H-2, the second phase of HELIX Health + Life Science Exchange in downtown New Brunswick, New Jersey. With a total cost of $731 million, HELIX is the largest investment in life sciences and medical education in New Jersey’s history, and representative of the state’s life sciences sector and demand for accessible lab space. Plans for H-2 call for a mixed-use building yielding 600,000 square feet of build-to-suit lab and office space. HDR is the lead architect and JLL will serve as the H-2’s leasing agent.
