The temporary home for BATWorks, a new climate innovation hub at the Brooklyn Army Terminal in Sunset Park, has officially opened. Exterior work is progressing on 6414 8th Avenue, an eight-story mixed-use building in Sunset Park, Brooklyn. Designed by Basic Groups Corp. and developed by Guan Yu Li, the 88-foot-tall structure will span 19,187 square feet with 11,334 square feet of community facility space and 7,853 square feet of commercial space. The project will also include a cellar and 68 enclosed parking spaces. The 8,000-square-foot property is located at the corner of 8th Avenue and 65th Street.
