Construction is nearing completion on 20 and 30 Halletts Point, a pair of residential buildings in Astoria, Queens. Developed by the Durst Organization and designed by Handel Architects, the towers constitute the second phase of the Halletts Point development, which plans to yield more than 2,000 residential units in total. Completion for this phase of the project will add 647 residential units to the area, more than doubling the existing 405 that phase one brought with the completion of 10 Halletts Point in 2019.
