The affordable housing lottery has launched for 14–41 Broadway, an eight-story mixed-use building in Astoria, Queens. Designed by Cherico King Architect and developed by Steven Rigogiannis of Plaza North 1031, the structure yields 30 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are nine units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $87,738 to $227,500.
