The affordable housing lottery has launched for 37-18 Broadway, a five-story mixed-use building in Astoria, Queens. Designed by Gerald Caliendo Architects and developed by Andrew Magriples of Nema Bradway LLC, the structure yields 16 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are five units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $83,452 to $227,500.
