Excavation is underway at 433-437 Flushing Avenue, the site of a seven-story mixed-use building in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn. Designed by SpectorArchitects and developed by Congregation Yetev Lev D’Satmar under the Satmar Flushing LLC, the 28,662-square-foot structure will yield 34 units, according to permits filed in 2011. The project will also include nearly 14,000 square feet of community facility space on the ground floor and cellar level, as well as enclosed parking for ten vehicles.
