The affordable housing lottery has launched for 77 Kosciuszko Street, a 13-story mixed-use building in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn. Designed by S. Wieder Architect and developed by Joel Landau of NNRC Properties LLC, the structure yields 110 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 110 units for residents at 80 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $75,840 to $140,000.
