The structure will replace a single-story laundry business and will eventually top out at 65 feet tall. Designed by Charles Mallea, the building’s façade is comprised of red brick masonry with a black composite material at the roof level. The edge of the exterior along Franklin Avenue will feature large industrial-style windows and a series of private balconies.
