Designed by Nikolai Katz Architect and developed by Mendel Berkowitz, the structure yields 54 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 14 units for residents at 40 to 100 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $37,406 to $129,600.
