LICH Redevelopment’s 5 River Park Revealed in Cobble Hill, Brooklyn

A new rendering has been revealed for the highly-anticipated Long Island College Hospital redevelopment, dubbed River Park. The final tower for the project, 5 River Park, located at 347 Henry Street, is slated to be a fully residential building. The structure will rise 15 stories and offer up 91,000 square feet of space. The lot is part of the larger project being developed by Fortis Property Group, and will spread across the Cobble Hill neighborhood of Brooklyn.

Four-Story, Eight-Unit Mixed-Use Building Tops Out at 325 Henry Street, Cobble Hill

Construction has topped out on the four-story, eight-unit mixed-use building under development at 325 Henry Street, also known as 112 Atlantic Avenue, located in Cobble Hill. All eight of the project’s condominiums are also sold out, the Brooklyn Daily Eagle reported. The latest building permits indicate the structure encompasses 25,244 square feet and rises 50 feet to its roof, not including bulkhead elements.

Fortis Plans 17-Story and 15-Story Buildings on Long Island College Hospital Campus

After years of controversial approvals and political wrangling, Fortis Property Group announced last month that they would forego a rezoning for the Long Island College Hospital campus in Cobble Hill and build a development where they don’t have to include affordable housing. Now the firm has filed plans for a 17-story, mixed-use building at 350 Hicks Street, on the western edge of the former state-owned hospital complex.
