HAP Investment Developers first announced 247-249 East 117th Street in 2017 following a purchase of the build site for an estimated $3.2 million. Today, the project is known as HAP NINE, and YIMBY has a first look at the design’s renderings from Fischer + Makooi Architects.
Permits have been filed for a 37-story high-rise at 1681 Madison Avenue, in East Harlem, Manhattan. The site is three blocks away from the 110th Street subway station on Lexington Avenue, serviced by 6 trains, and four blocks away from the 110th Street subway station on Central Park North, serviced by the 2 and 3 trains. Manhattan-based Rose Companies is responsible for the development.
Permits have been filed for a six-story residential building at 309 East 119th Street in East Harlem, Manhattan. The site is six blocks away from the 116th Street subway station, serviced by the 4 and 6 trains. Ten blocks away is the Harlem-125th Street train station, serviced by Metro-North. Kevin Simek of Simek Development is listed as responsible for the project.
Permits originally filed for 217 East 119th Street in East Harlem have been scrapped for a larger residential structure with both a new developer and design architect. Located on a vacant, interior lot between 2nd and 3rd Avenues, the eight-story building will contain over 28,000 square feet of residential area and a total of 45 units.
Permits filed reveal a new eight-story building will be coming to 410 East 115th Street, in East Harlem, Manhattan. The building sits on the south-side interior of East 115th Street between First and Pleasant Avenues.
