Permits have been filed for a two-story commercial building at 308 East 126th Street in East Harlem, Manhattan. The site is six blocks from the 125th Street Subway Station, serviced by the 4, 5, and 6 trains. One block further is the Harlem Metro North train station. The project is located right next to Harlem River Drive, the northern extension of FDR drive.
Permits have been filed for a 12-story mixed-use building at 247 East 117th Street, in East Harlem, Manhattan. The project will be four blocks away from the 116th Street Subway Station, serviced by the 4 and 6 trains. HAP Investment Developers will be responsible for development.
Permits have been filed for a 19-story mixed-use high-rise at 201 East 125th Street, in East Harlem. The sizable development will rise one block away from the 125th Street Subway Station, serviced by the 4, 5, and 6 trains. The Harlem-125th Street Station for the Metro-North trains is one block further. The Richman Group will be responsible for development.
YIMBY reported on new building applications for 336 East 112th Street back in September of 2015. Now, with construction well underway, we have full renderings for the project, which is being designed by Tribeca-based TRA Studio Architecture.
Mayor Bill de Blasio’s administration has selected Jonathan Rose Companies and L+M Development Partners to develop a multi-building, affordable mixed-use project at 1691 Madison Avenue, located on most of the block bound by Park and Madison avenues and East 111th and 112th streets in East Harlem.
