Designed by Amr Ouda of Jay Architect & Engineering and developed by Cheskal Retek of A Plus 1 Management Inc., the structure yields 24 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are eight units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $98,195 to $227,500.

The affordable housing lottery has launched for Bedford Beverly Phase 2, a four-building complex at 2201 Beverley Road and 2366 Bedford Avenue in Flatbush, Brooklyn. Designed by S. Wieder Architects and Durukan Design, and developed by Clipper Equity, the structures yield a total 653 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 196 units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $103,303 to $227,500. New tenants have a two-month free rent off on one- and two-year lease terms.
