Clarkson Estates Nears Completion At 329 Clarkson Avenue in Flatbush, Brooklyn

Construction is nearing completion on Clarkson Estates, a nine-story affordable housing project at 329 Clarkson Avenue in Flatbush, Brooklyn. Designed by CetraRuddy Architecture and developed by CAMBA Housing Ventures (CHV), the 334,745-square foot structure will yield 328 affordable rental apartments, including 164 supportive units. The project will also include a 30,000-square-foot community facility and 15,000 square feet of parking space with 80 rentable spots. The development is a part of the state’s Vital Brooklyn initiative and is situated by the corner of Clarkson and New York Avenues.

Foundation Work Underway at 757 Flatbush Avenue in Flatbush, Brooklyn

Foundations are underway at 757 Flatbush Avenue, the site of an eight-story residential building in Flatbush, Brooklyn. Designed by Morali Architecture and developed by New Empire Corp., the 82-foot-tall structure will span 140,000 square feet and yield 131 units. The project will also include ground-floor retail space with 125 feet of frontage. The 40,000-square-foot interior lot is located between Clarkson Avenue and Lenox Road.

Four-Building Bedford Square Complex Nears Completion in Flatbush, Brooklyn

Construction is nearing completion on Bedford Square, a four-building residential complex in Flatbush, Brooklyn. Designed by S. Wieder Architects and developed by Clipper Equity, the project will yield 877 rental units in studio- to two-bedroom layouts, an expansive set of amenities, and ground floor retail space. Durukan Design is handling the interior designs at the property, which  is bounded by Tilden Avenue to the north, Beverly Road to the south, Lott Street to the east, and East 22nd Street to the west. Bedford Avenue runs diagonally between two city blocks.
