Façade work is progressing on the topped-out superstructure of “Parcel G,” a 34-story tower in Hunters Point South, Queens. Designed by Handel Architects and developed by Gotham Organization, the building will yield 443 residential units, of which a portion will be dedicated to affordable housing, as well as a lower-level community facility for Flux Factory and for kayak rentals. Construction is rising rapidly on “Parcel F,” a 58-story residential skyscraper in Hunters Point South, Queens. Designed by Handel Architects and developed by Gotham Organization, the structure will yield 689 residential units alongside Parcel G, its 34-story, 443-unit sibling. A low-rise grade school building will be located in the middle of the complex, which is situated on the southern tip of the Hunters Point peninsula at the confluence of the East River and Newton Creek. Parcel F is bound by Center Boulevard to the north, 56th Avenue to the east, 57th Avenue to the west, and is rising above Hunters Point South Park Extension.

Construction has topped out on 52-03 Center Boulevard, a 587-foot-tall, 56-story skyscraper in Hunters Point, Queens, while its 46-story, 475-foot-tall sibling is nearly complete at 52-41 Center Boulevard. Designed by ODA Architecture with SLCE Architects as the architect of record, the two towers are part of TF Cornerstone‘s Hunters Point South development, which is set to bring a total of 1,194 residential units to the East River waterfront. Of these, 719 will be designated for affordable housing. 52-03 and 52-41 Center Boulevard are bound by Center Boulevard to the west, Borden Avenue to the north, 2nd Street to the east, and 54th Avenue to the south.
