Located between 42nd Road and the Ed Koch Queensboro Roadway, the interior lot is one block north of the Queens Plaza subway station, serviced by the E, M, and R trains. Also nearby are the Queensboro Plaza station, serviced by the 7, N, and W trains and the Court Square station, serviced by the 7 and G trains. Xi Zhao of Hunter Square LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

52-03 Center Boulevard Nears Topping Out in Hunters Point South, Queens

Construction is nearing topping out on 52-03 Center Boulevard, a 587-foot-tall mixed-use skyscraper in Hunters Point, Queens, and number 26 on our countdown of the tallest buildings under construction in New York. Designed by ODA Architecture with SLCE Architects as the architect of record, the 56-story tower is the taller of the two structures in TF Cornerstone‘s Hunters Point South development. The building stands just to the north of its 46-story, 475-foot-tall sibling at 52-41 Center Boulevard, and the pair will bring a total of 1,194 residential units to the East River waterfront. Of these, 719 will be designated for affordable housing.

ODA’s 52-41 Center Boulevard Tops Out Over Hunters Point, Queens

Work is progressing swiftly on TF Cornerstone‘s two-tower Hunters Point South development in Hunters Point, Queens. Construction recently topped out on 52-41 Center Boulevard, a 46-story, 475-foot-tall residential building, the shorter of the two structures. The taller, 587-foot-tall sibling is rising just to the north at 52-03 Center Boulevard and will eventually top out at 56 stories. Both are designed by ODA Architecture with SLCE Architects as the architect of record.
