Designed by Woods Bagot Architects and developed by Evenhar Development Corporation, the structure will yield 60 rental units and a religious facility. The site is located at the corner of Lexington Avenue and East 30th Street.
A rendering was recently released for 140 Lexington Avenue, a forthcoming seven-story residential building in Rose Hill, Manhattan. Designed by Isaac & Stern Architects and developed by Guy Peleg, the 91-foot-tall structure will span 15,433 square feet and yield 12 condominium units with an average scope of 1,214 square feet. The project will also include 721 square feet of commercial space, 141 square feet of community facility space, a cellar level, and a 30-foot-long rear yard. The formerly vacant site is located at the corner of Lexington Avenue and East 29th Street.
