Permits have been filed for a new nine-story residential complex at 2016 Arthur Avenue in The Bronx’s Tremont neighborhood. The site is eight blocks away from the Tremont train station, serviced by Metro North. Jeff Fox of Foxy Management is responsible for the development, and the firm purchased the lot for $4 million earlier this year.
Back in February, YIMBY reported on filings for a new residential building at 1893 Crotona Avenue, in The Bronx’s Tremont neighborhood. Now, we have the first look at another new project coming to the same block, at 1899 Crotona Avenue, designed by Badaly Architects, and under development by Paul Gjonaj.
Permits have been filed for a four-story residential building at 1808 Mohegan Avenue, in Tremont, The Bronx. The site is four blocks away from the 174th Street subway station, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. Bronx-based Vilson Lumaj is behind the applications.

The West Farms Square Subway Station is twelve blocks away to the east, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains, and the Tremont Avenue Train Station is seven blocks to the West, serviced by Metro North. Tenants will have quick access to Crotona Park, a 127-acre space described as being the most beautiful park in the borough. Edmond Haxhari will be the developer behind the project.

The site is ten blocks away from West Farms Square, serviced by the 2 and 5 trains. The Tremont Train Station is eight blocks away, serviced by the Harlem line of Metro North. Paul Gjonaj of M.P. Realty Group will be responsible for the development.
