The Westly Wraps Up Construction at 251 West 91st Street on Manhattan’s Upper West Side

Construction is finishing up on The Westly, a 20-story residential building at 251 West 91st Street on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. Designed by ODA Architects and developed by Adam America Real Estate and Northlink Capital, the 250-foot-tall structure will yield 52 condominium units in two- to five-bedroom layouts with marketing by Ryan Serhant of SERHANT and Shlomi Reuveni of Reuveni Development Marketing. Urban Atelier Group is the general contractor for the property, which is located at the corner of Broadway and West 91st Street.

76 West 105th Street’s Façade Progresses on Manhattan’s Upper West Side

Exterior work is nearing completion on 76 West 105th Street, a six-story townhouse in the Manhattan Valley section of the Upper West Side. Designed by INOA Architecture and developed by Moonshot Development under the 76 West 105 Holdings LLC with co-developer partner Sentai Capital, the 9,200-square-foot structure will yield two triplex units with elevator access. Top Rock Development and Construction is the general contractor for the project, which stands on a small rectangular lot between Columbus and Manhattan Avenues.

Affordable Housing Units Available at The Lyric, 255 West 94th Street on the Upper West Side of Manhattan

The affordable housing lottery has launched for The Lyric, a 20-story residential building at 255 West 94th Street on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. Developed by Related Companies, the structure yields 285 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 15 units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $101,486 to $187,330.

Construction is wrapping up on 96+Broadway, a 22-story residential building at 2551-2555 Broadway on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. Designed by Thomas Juul-Hansen with Stephen B. Jacobs Group as the architect of record and developed by Paragon JV Properties III, the 235-foot-tall structure yields 276,578 square feet and 130 condominium units with an average scope of 1,660 square feet, as well as 9,080 square feet of ground-floor retail space. Leeding Builders Group is the general contractor for the property, which is located at the corner of Broadway and West 96th Street.

Façade installation is progressing on 270 West 96th Street, a 23-story residential building on Manhattan’s Upper West Side. Designed by SLCE Architects and developed by Fetner Properties, the 235-foot-tall structure will yield 171 rental units with 68 dedicated to affordable housing, and 8,961 square feet of community facility space. Urban Atelier Group is the general contractor for the property, which is located between West End Avenue and Broadway.
