The condominium project will eventually top off at five stories and contain ten units averaging approximately 1,000 square feet apiece. The total development will comprise 11,740 square feet including a communal roof deck, private terraces on each floor, and a lobby area.

The development will have 11 residential units with a mezzanine on the fifth and sixth stories, accessory spaces, bicycle parking on the ground level, and commercial spaces on the cellar and first floors.
Permits have been filed for a two-tower, 39-story residential building at 71-12 Park Avenue in Flushing, Queens. Located between 71st Avenue and 160th Street, the through lot is closest to the Kew Gardens LIRR station. David Marx of MDG Real Estate is listed as the owner behind the applications.
The stone façade has begun to climb up the twisting curtain walls The XI, a pair of towers designed by Bjarke Ingels of Bjarke Ingels Group in Chelsea. One of the most noticeable construction projects along the High Line, the 36- and 26-story reinforced concrete towers, which topped out in March, will soon be home to condominiums and a 137-room Six Senses Hotel Resorts Spas, the first location in the United States. Eighty-seven of the residential units will be designed by Gilles & Boissier, while 136 will be designed by Gabellini Sheppard. Prices will range from $2,575,000 to $14,500,000.
New renderings from Hill West Architects have been released for New Rochelle‘s first skyscraper. YIMBY first reported on the permit filing in June for the massive two-tower project located at 11 Lawton Street in the city’s downtown area. Details for the mixed-use development include a 605-foot-tall, 48-story residential tower with 143 condo units and 453 rental units. A secondary 23-story tower will contain a 190-room hotel.
