New Loan Issued for One Vandam at 180 Sixth Avenue In Soho, Manhattan

A new loan totaling $4 million has been issued to HKS Real Estate Advisors for the acquisition of One Vandam, a 14-story residential building at 180 Sixth Avenue in Soho, Manhattan. Designed by BKSK Architects, the property completed construction in 2014. The loan was issued by Emerald Creek Capital and sponsored by CRE8 Equities.

One Vandam yields 25 residential units in one- to five-bedroom layouts, with amenities including a fitness room, rooftop deck, and private courtyard.

The property also houses 14,000 square feet of retail space, with four storefronts featuring 140 feet of frontage on Sixth Avenue.

Transit nearby One Vandam includes the 1, C, and E trains, along with a variety of bus lines.
