Jasper features 33,000 square feet of ground floor retail space, with tenants such as Dumbo Market, Bright Start early childhood center, Club Pilates, Glowbar, Frankie’s Brooklyn Pizza, Tiger J Taekwondo, and Matsuzuki Sakura sushi restaurant. The development aims to achieve LEED Platinum certification and is part of the New York State Brownfield Cleanup Program.
