Designed by SLCE Architects, the 391-unit building, also known as 1 QPS, was developed by Property Markets Group. The property is located between 23rd and 24th Streets.
Completed in 2017, the Class A tower features amenities that include a rooftop pool, two rooftop terraces, a fitness center, yoga room, game room, multiple lounges, valet service, and a 24-hour attended lobby. It is 100 percent market-rate and benefits from a fully vested 15-year 421-a tax abatement.
The loan was arranged by Lawrence Britvan and Michael Straw of CBRE’s New York City office. The property is currently managed by Stonehenge.
Transit nearby 1 QPS includes subway stations served by the N, R, W, E, F, M, and 7 trains.
