Permits have been filed for a three-story mixed-use building at 104 Kenilworth Place, in Flatbush, Brooklyn. The project will rise two blocks away from the Flatbush Avenue Subway Station, the end of the line for the 2 and 5 trains, and three blocks away from the Brooklyn College campus. Y & G Realty NY will be responsible for the development.

The site is three blocks away from the Flatbush Avenue Subway Station, end of the line for the 2 and 5 trains, and that avenue’s intersection with Nostrand Avenue, a major commercial focal point attracting the likes of Modell’s and Target.
Yesterday, construction topped-out on the TWA Hotel, which flanks the famous TWA Flight Center designed by Eero Saarinen at JFK Airport. This news comes almost exactly a year after the groundbreaking ceremony, held with Governor Andrew Cuomo on December 15th, 2016. The hotel creates 50,000 square feet of meeting and event space, as well as eight restaurants and six bars. 10,000 square feet of observation space will be made available to the public.

Tenants will be fourteen blocks away from the Ditmars Boulevard Station, end of the line in Queens for the N and W trains. The site has been empty for over a decade and has been used intermittently for parking.
