A new 26-story tower in Journal Square could soon begin construction following approvals from the Jersey City Planning Board. The tower will occupy a large T-shaped parcel of land at 415-435 Summit Avenue. The project will eventually debut as 425 Summit Avenue.

A new rendering has been revealed for 2500 Barker Avenue, a seven-story mixed-use building under construction in the Allerton neighborhood of The Bronx.
