A new affordable housing project for seniors has opened at 2850 Webster Avenue in Jerome Park, The Bronx, where developers and city officials recently joined for a ribbon-cutting ceremony. Located next to The New York Botanical Garden, the 12-story building was completed by Douglaston Development and designed by Stephen B. Jacobs Group.
Seven months after the Galleria Mall in White Plains closed its doors, developers have revealed a seven-building residential complex to replace the shuttered building. The development team includes Pacific Retail Capital Partners (PRCP), The Cappelli Organization, SL Green Realty Corporation, and Aareal Bank.

The property is located between Rogers and Nostrand Avenues.
Fouerti Realty has revealed new architectural renderings of 341 13th Street, a four-story residential building in Park Slope, Brooklyn. Designed by Zproekt, the 50-foot-tall development will yield four condominium units spread across 4,510 square feet. The project is located between 6th and 7th Avenues.
Construction is now underway at South Shore University Hospital in Bay Shore, Long Island, where a six-story medical pavilion will soon take shape. Led by Northwell Health and designed by EwingCole, the 190,000-square-foot building will add 90 private patient rooms, ten operating rooms, and three procedure rooms to the sprawling hospital campus.
