New renderings from Bricolage Architecture & Design reveal a forthcoming mixed-use project at 132 Wyckoff Avenue in Bushwick, Brooklyn. Developed by Santino Battiata and Zaleski Properties, the building will eventually stand four stories above ground and support residences, retail, a community facility, and an enclosed parking area designed to accommodate nine vehicles.

New renderings from J Frankl Architects reveal an updated design for 260 Gold Street in Downtown Brooklyn. Compared to the previous reveal, the building’s facade will now feature an expansive corner glass curtain wall, multiple atria, and additional greens spaces to both facilitate the flow of natural light and to improve the daily experience of occupants.
A consortium of state agencies has confirmed commencement of the Bayfront Redevelopment Plan in Jersey City, purportedly the largest-ever mixed-income development in the Tri-State Area. Located at 141 Willoughby Street, the building was originally expected to support a mix of ground-floor retail, student housing, office space, and residential units. It was also speculated that the building could climb as high as 44 stories with approximately 310,000 buildable square feet. However, the latest pair of renderings appear to reveal a dedicated commercial tower with office suites positioned above the second floor.
