Located between East 34th Street and East 35th Street, the lot is two blocks from the 33rd Street subway station, serviced by the 6 train. Kevin Lalezarian under the Third and Thirty Four LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
Permits have been filed for a 45-story mixed-use tower at 606 West 30th Street in Chelsea, Manhattan. Located between 11th Avenue and 12th Avenue, the interior lot is close to the 34th Street-Hudson Yards Subway Station subway station, serviced by the 7 train. Lalezarian Properties is listed as the owner behind the applications. In 2015, they acquired the warehouse on the property for $36 million.
At the end of 2014, YIMBY semi-revealed Lalezarian’s planned 35-story, 220-unit mixed-use tower at 323 10th Avenue, in West Chelsea. Now, renderings of the tower have been posted on-site and construction is underway, with rebar poking up above street level, courtesy of photographs by ILNY and Tectonic. The project also includes two other 13-story buildings on the other side of the High Line, at 507 West 28th Street, which will amount to another 155 residential units.
