Also referred to as Tower B in a two-building development along with 601 West 29th Street, the project is being developed by Lalezarian Properties and will yield 312,350 square feet. Of that, 192,780 square feet will be designated to residential space and 14,240 square feet for commercial use. The program will feature both condominiums and rentals, but the exact breakdown not been announced yet.

Situated at the corner of East 34th Street, the site has been cleared following the demolition of multiple five-story buildings that once occupied the property. Ismael Leyva Architects is the architect of record and Kevin Lalezarian under the Third and Thirty Four LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications for the 386-foot-tall structure, which will yield 229 units.
Construction is continuing to climb at 102 Charlton Street, a 21-story, 210-foot-tall residential building in Hudson Square. Designed by Ismael Leyva Architects, the property will contain 61 apartments spread across 59,323 square feet of newly built space, averaging 972 square feet apiece. Developer Lalezarian Properties purchased the lot for $4,000,000 ten years ago, and demolished a five-story structure that was identical to the one that the new structure is now cantilevering over.
