Designed by Ismael Leyva Architects and developed by Lalezarian Properties, the 545-foot-tall structure will yield 312,350 square feet, with 192,780 square feet of residential space and 14,240 square feet of commercial space. The building is known as Tower B in a two-skyscraper development along with the adjacent 601 West 29th Street from FXCollaborative and Douglaston Development. Hudson 37 LLC is the general contractor for the property, which is located between Eleventh Avenue and West Street.

Designed by Ismael Leyva Architects and developed by Rufus King Park Development, the 95-foot-tall structure will yield 218,000 square feet, with 223 units spread across 150,696 square feet, as well as a parking garage for 176 vehicles and ground-floor community facility space. Homes will come in studio to two-bedroom layouts, and 30 percent of the inventory will be allocated for affordable housing. Monadnock Construction is the general contractor for the property, which is located at the corner of 88th Avenue and 153rd Street.

Construction is complete on 150 East 78th Street, a 16-story residential building on Manhattan’s Upper East Side. Designed by Robert A. M. Stern Architects and developed by Midwood Investment & Development and EJS Group, the 205-foot-tall structure yields 68,293 square feet with 25 condominiums and 3,700 square feet of ground-floor retail space with frontage along Lexington Avenue. Compass Development Marketing Group is handling marketing and sales for the three- to five-bedroom homes.
