Construction is now 17 floors above street level on the 51-story, 1,269,852-square-foot office tower under development at 55 Hudson Yards, located on Eleventh Avenue between West 34th and 35th streets in the Hudson Yards district. The latest building permits indicate the tower’s curtain wall will rise 761 feet above street level, with the top of the bulkhead rising 18 feet higher.
Foundation work is now underway on the 38-story, 251-unit mixed-use project under development at 515 West 36th Street, to be located on the future corner of Hudson Boulevard in the Hudson Yards District. The latest building permits indicate the tower will encompass 328,473 square feet and rise 418 feet to the roof, not including bulkhead elements.

The latest photo of the structure was posted to the YIMBY Forums. The most recent building applications indicate the project will encompass 218,640 square feet and rise 312 feet to its roof, not including the bulkhead.
The Clinton Housing Development Company (CHDC) is planning an 18-story, 98-unit mixed-use building at 480 Tenth Avenue, located on the corner of West 37th Street in the Hudson Yards District. The project will include retail space, space for the Hell’s Kitchen Community Center, a 74-seat black-box theater, and 98 affordable residential units.
