Related Companies’ luxury rental development at 205 East 92nd Street, in the Upper East Side neighborhood of Carnegie Hill, is set for occupancy in May. Now, we have a new renderings, both exterior and interior, of the coming development, now dubbed The Easton. If the address sounds familiar, the building used to be known as the Henley.
The BKSK Architects-designed, Related-developed project at 456 Washington Street, in northwestern TriBeCa, is nearing the finish line. Listings launched this morning, and now we have exclusive new renderings of its amenities.
Back in December, YIMBY reported that an LLC filed applications for a new development at 440 Washington Street, in Tribeca. And now, we have the first renderings of the residential project, which is being developed by Ponte Equities and designed by OCV Architects.
YIMBY first revealed Related’s 51-story, 1.3-million square-foot office building dubbed 55 Hudson Yards in May of 2014, and then we brought you an excavation update earlier this spring. Today, per Curbed, foundation work is well underway. Kohn Pedersen Fox is designing, and completion is expected in 2017. Oxford Properties Group is co-developing, and Mitsui Fudosan also owns a 92.09 percent stake in the project.
Related’s redevelopment of the formerly open-air West Side railyards is now becoming very apparent on the skyline, thanks to the rapidly rising 10 Hudson Yards. The Kohn Pedersen Fox-designed tower is closing in on its pinnacle, and the latest photo sent in by reader Mike McLaughlin shows its newly prominent position on the horizon.
