Construction is progressing on 378 and 389 Weirfield Street, a pair of five- and 12-story residential buildings in Bushwick, Brooklyn. Designed by Aufgang Architects and developed by Brooklyn-based The Horizon Group, the structures will yield more than 98,000 square feet and 105 rental units.

The property is located at 315 Meserole Street and includes a 6,000-square-foot landscaped courtyard with outdoor seating, a 2,000-square-foot retail arcade titled ‘The Breezeway,” and a rooftop restaurant.

Residential area is the building’s primary use type and will eventually yield 88 rental apartments. The project, also referred to as 1389 Broadway, is designed by GF55 Partners for private developer Erik Ekstein.
