A new four-story residential building is coming to the intersection of Boerum Street and Bushwick Place at 217 Boerum Street, in Bushwick, Brooklyn. Mordechai Schwimmer is the developer, and the site is currently a fenced-off open space.
Permits for 272 Jefferson Street were first covered in November of 2015, and approved in May of 2016. Now, the architects have released a rendering for what’s to come for the four-story Bushwick condominium building. Stat Architecture is responsible for the design. The site is two blocks away from the Maria Hernandez Park, and three blocks is the Jefferson Street subway station, serviced by the L trains.

The site is six blocks away from the Chauncey Street subway station, serviced by the J, M, and Z trains, and five blocks away from the Wilson Avenue subway station, serviced by the L trains. Today YIMBY has the reveal for the first renderings of 962-966 Bushwick Avenue in Bushwick, Brooklyn. The project will create two structures to each side of Calvary and Saint Cyprian’s Church, which is to remain an active place of worship following the development’s completion. Royalton Capital is behind the project.
Permits have been filed for a seven-story mixed-use building at 1389 Broadway in Bushwick, Brooklyn. The site is one block away from the Gates Avenue subway station, serviced by the J and Z trains. Erik Ekstein of Ekstein Development will be responsible for the development.
