Fishel Miller, doing business as an anonymous Brooklyn-based LLC, has filed applications for a four-story, six-unit residential building at 195 Troutman Street, in western Bushwick, located six blocks from the Myrtle Avenue stop on the M train. The structure will measure just 4,396 square feet, which means its residential units should average 733 square feet apiece, indicative of rental apartments. There will be one or two units per floor, and a laundry will be located on the cellar level. Greenwich Village-based De-Jan Lu Architect is the architect of record. The 20-foot-wide, 2,000-square-foot lot is currently occupied by a two-story house.

Brooklyn-based Urban View Realty has filed applications for a four-story, 11-unit residential building at 245 Schaefer Street, in eastern Bushwick, located five blocks from the Wilson Street stop on the L train. The structure will measure 5,000 square feet, according to the filings, although chances are that figure is not completely telling and is much larger. There will be two apartments per floor on the ground and second levels, followed by three apartments per floor on the next two levels. The fifth-floor penthouse level will host a single unit. Woody Chen’s Elmhurst-based Infocus Design & Planning is the architect of record. It will rise on a 25-foot-wide vacant portion of a larger lot which is occupied by a small townhouse.

Brett Bernstein, doing business as an anonymous Brooklyn-based LLC, has filed applications for a four-story, seven-unit residential building at 1003 Willoughby Avenue, in western Bushwick, located four blocks from the Central Avenue stop on the M train. The structure will measure 5,000 square feet in total and its residential units should average a rental-sized 714 square feet apiece. The ground through third floors will contain two apartments each, and the project will be topped by a full-floor unit on the fourth floor that also features an upper penthouse level. Woody Chen’s Elmhurst-based Infocus Design & Planning is the architect of record. The 25-foot-wide lot is currently occupied by a two-story townhouse.

Brooklyn-based property owner David Grunfeld has filed applications for a four-story, eight-unit residential building at 34 Belvedere Street, in western Bushwick, located three blocks from the Myrtle Avenue stop on the J/M/Z trains. The new structure will encompass 7,437 square feet and its residential units should average 661 square feet apiece, indicative of rental apartments. One of the fourth-floor apartments will include space on the upper penthouse level. Rego Park-based Diego Aguilera is the architect of record. The 28-foot-wide, 2,444-square-foot lot is currently vacant.
