Jamaica-based Phoenix Home Realty has filed applications for a four-story, eight-unit residential building at 143 Woodbine Street, in central Bushwick, located three blocks from the Gates Avenue stop on the J and Z trains. The project will measure 6,750 square feet in total and includes a 1,687 square-foot ground-floor retail portion. The residential units will begin on the second floor and average 844 square feet apiece. Hudson Valley-based Kenneth Thomas is the applicant of record.

Property owner Lipa Rubin, doing business as an anonymous LLC, has filed applications for a four-story, seven-unit residential building at 1355 Putnam Avenue, in central Bushwick, six blocks from the Gates Avenue stop on the J and Z trains. The structure will measure 4,023 square feet on the vacant, 18-foot-wide lot, and units will average a rental-sized 575 square feet apiece. Queens-based MCM Development has filed applications for a three-story, two-unit residential building at 1130 Decatur Street, in southern Bushwick, three blocks from the Chauncey Street stop on the J and Z trains. The structure will measure 3,325 square feet in total. One unit will occupy the first floor while the other unit will take the second and third floors, in addition to the fourth-floor penthouse. Jamaica-based Banji Awosika Architect is the applicant of record, and the lot is currently vacant.
