Since then, the project increased in scope, and now a six-story, 20-unit building is underway, per DNAinfo. The building will measure 14,274 square feet in total, and units will average nearly 715 square feet apiece. Reportedly, the building is under construction, featuring a façade made of wood and metal. BMG Design Build is the architect of record.
