The affordable housing lottery has launched for Grace’s Place Senior Apartments, a nine-story residential building at 13–04 Nameoke Avenue in Far Rockaway, Queens. Designed by NTD Engineering Consultant LLC and developed by Brisa Builders, the structure yields 57 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 56 units for residents at 50 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $0 to $64,800.

Tredway has begun the rehabilitation of Ocean Park Apartments, a 602-unit affordable housing complex located in Far Rockaway, Queens. Backed by $60.5 million in financing from Merchants Capital, the project aims to preserve long-term affordability for the property and address structural deterioration. The financing includes a balance sheet acquisition loan provided by Merchants Bank. The property is bounded by Seigert Boulevard to the north and Beach 17th and 19th Streets to the east and west.

Designed by SDF Architect and developed by Red Group Management, the structure yields 15 residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are five units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $96,000 to $227,500.
