Construction is now complete on The Wales, a newly converted condominium property at 1295 Madison Avenue in the Carnegie Hill section of Manhattan’s Upper East Side. Led by owner-developer Adellco alongside Parisian design studio PINTO, the building features 21 homes and a modest collection of amenity spaces. The property is located at the corner of 92nd Street and Madison Avenue.
The $414 million renovation of Penn Station‘s Long Island Rail Road concourse is now complete in Midtown, Manhattan. Designed by Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, AECOM, and Skanska, the project centered on the station’s cavernous 33rd Street corridor, improving circulation and access for more than 600,000 people who traverse the corridor daily.
The Bromley Companies has unveiled a new artwork by Sam Gilliam in the redesigned lobby of 122 Fifth Avenue in Union Square, Manhattan. The painting, titled “For The ‘Friend’ (2022),” is one of the late Gilliam’s last art pieces he worked on before his passing in 2022.
