Two years ago, Stillman Development International began converting the six-story former factory building at 36 Bleecker Street, in NoHo, into a residential property fit with 20 condominium units, and now the completed building has been unveiled, per Curbed. The building measures 60,418 square feet in residential space, and condo units range from one- to four-bedroom configurations. All but one unit is in contract. Morris Adjmi served as the architect of record.

Earlier this year, the LPC approved the conversion of a five-story commercial structure into a six-story, three-unit residential building at 41 Great Jones Street, in NoHo. Now Community Board 2 has approved the building for residential use, according to Real Estate Weekly. The units will be condominiums — two duplexes and a triplex — spanning a total of 13,333 square feet. The exterior will also be restored, and construction is slated to begin this November. Blumenfeld Development Group is developing, while Morris Adjmi Architects is designing.

Nearly a year ago, YIMBY brought you a construction update on 10 Bond Street, in NoHo, where a seven-story, 11-unit condominium building is being constructed. At that point, the concrete shell had been completed and the façade’s terra cotta was beginning to be installed. SK Development, Ironstate Development and the Chetrit Group are the developers, and Annabelle Selldorf is the designer. Occupancy is expected later this year.
