Work has yet to begin at 75 West Broadway, aka 61 Warren Street, a ten-story, 120-foot-tall residential building in Tribeca. The property has sat relatively quiet since YIMBY checked in last summer. Located along West Broadway between Warren Street and Murray Street, the forthcoming project is designed by BKSK Architects and developed by Cape Advisors and Forum Absolute Capital Partners and is set to yield 55,000 square feet.

67 Vestry’s Residential Transformation and Expansion Revealed in Tribeca

Renderings have been revealed for 67 Vestry Street, a full-building renovation in Tribeca, adjacent to Hudson River Park. Located at the corner of West Street and Vestry Street, the corner building is under construction, rising from 115 feet and 9 stories to 153 feet and 13 stories. Iliad Realty Group is developing the 13-unit condominium building after purchasing the site for $55.5 million in 2017. BP Architects is listed as the architect of record with Gachot Studios responsible for interiors. Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group is the exclusive marketing and sales agent.

Checking in on SOMA Architects’ 45 Park Place in Tribeca

Among the tallest new construction projects in Lower Manhattan is 45 Park Place, a 667-foot-tall residential building in Tribeca. Designed by SOMA Architects with Ismael Leyva Architects as the executive and residential architect, progress was swift on the reinforced concrete structure throughout much of 2019, but work halted toward the end of the year and has yet to resume. The 43-story building is being developed by Sharif el-Gamal of Soho Properties with Piero Lissoni as the interior designer.

Exterior Work at 100 Franklin Street Nears Completion in Tribeca

Exterior work is wrapping up on 100 Franklin Street in Tribeca, a residential building designed, developed, and built by DDG. The intricate 200-foot-long stretch of hand-laid Petersen Tegl bricks that enclose the main six- and eight-story eastern profile is complete, revealing a number of subtle and distinctive details. The development is located in the Tribeca East Historic District on a narrow triangular property and yields a total of ten full-floor residences. Douglas Elliman is in charge of sales for the units, which range from 1,427 to 3,673 square feet.
