The site is on the same block as Bedford Park Boulevard station, serviced by the D trains. Three blocks away is an identically named subway station, serviced by the 4 trains. Today YIMBY has the exclusive reveal for yet another major new development coming to Astoria, in Queens, showcasing design by Aufgang Architects. The depiction shows the building’s façade along 30th Street. Concrete panels will be installed in a rectilinear pattern likened to a minimalist refinement of row houses, which projects the sheer scale of the city block-sized structure. The site is just ten blocks away from the Astoria Boulevard subway station, serviced by the N and W trains.
