Construction on Quay Tower is wrapping up as the 30-story residential building nears completion. Located across from Pier 6 along the Brooklyn Heights waterfront, it sits next to the southern tip of Brooklyn Bridge Park. Designed by ODA Architecture and developed by RAL Companies and Oliver’s Realty Group, the 315-foot tall skyscraper will bring 126 units to market with the help of Douglas Elliman Development Marketing.
Located at 197 Van Vorst Street in Jersey City’s Paulus Hook neighborhood is The Quinn. New photos of the 16-story tower’s chic interiors were released as construction wraps up on the 153-unit residential development. Fogarty Finger Architecture designed the mixed-use, mid-rise building with Field Development Group as the developer.
In a surprise announcement, Silverback Development has acquired development rights for a new, 23-story residential project that has already topped-out in Long Island City, Queens. Located at 24-16 Queens Plaza South, the property was previously owned by Greystone Development, who sold the building for approximately $80 million.

Located between East 186th Street and East 187th Street, the interior lot is six city blocks east of the Fordham Road subway station, serviced by the B and D trains. Kambiz Yaghoobian is listed as the owner behind the applications.
Dubbed “The Dime,” 277 South Fifth Street will be a new 264-foot tall residential tower in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. The reinforced concrete building is close to topping off behind the Dime Savings Bank landmark. The project sits on a 50,000 square foot site, almost an acre in size, and will span just over 350,000 square feet.
