A joint venture between Invesco Real Estate and The Hampshire Companies has secured $34.5 million to construct a two-building warehouse and distribution center at 30 Cross Street in Bogota, New Jersey. When complete, the development will comprise 187,530 square feet spread across 11.7 acres.
Reality House, a Queens-based substance abuse and HIV treatment provider, will soon open its second facility at 31-75 23rd Street in Astoria, Queens. The new facility will comprise 7,000 square feet on the fourth floor of the building and will support the organization’s outpatient services and administrative functions.
Construction is continuing to ascend on 27-01 Jackson Avenue, a 27-story residential tower in the Court Square district of Long Island City, Queens. Designed by SLCE Architects and developed by Fetner Properties and Lions Group, the 151,000-square-foot structure will yield 164 rental units with one-third reserved for affordable housing, as well as ground-floor retail space and approximately 90 parking spaces on the first three levels. Lions Group II, LLC is the general contractor for the property, which is located at the corner of Jackson and 43rd Avenues.
Construction is rising on 550 Tenth Avenue, a 47-story residential skyscraper in Hell’s Kitchen, Manhattan. Designed by Handel Architects and developed by Gotham Organization and Goldman Sachs Asset Management JV, the 520-foot-tall structure will yield 430,000 square feet and 453 rental units, with 137 reserved for affordable housing, as well as 9,000 square feet of retail space, over 20,000 square feet of amenities, and 26,764 square feet of administrative office space for Covenant House. GO Covenant LLC is the owner and Monadnock Construction is the general contractor for the property, which is located along Tenth Avenue between West 40th and 41st Streets.
Triangle Equities has recapitalized the Terminal Logistics Center, a forthcoming warehouse and air cargo development at 130-24 South Conduit Avenue in Jamaica, Queens in a new joint venture with the Urban Investment Group within Goldman Sachs.
