Permits Filed for 229 Hawthorne Street, Prospect Lefferts Gardens, Brooklyn

Victor Suben of Royal Engineering, P.C. is the architect of record, and Allen Shahipour, of Amona Realty Group, is listed as the developer. Demolition permits for the existing two-story home were filed back in March.

While Moinian has said plans for the tower are still being finalized, additional renderings of the spired version have again appeared thanks to its architect, and construction at the site also appears to have begun.
