Renderings have been revealed for the GDSNY-designed lobby at One St Marks, a nine-story office building originally designed by Morris Adjmi Architects at 1 St. Marks Place in Manhattan’s East Village. Developed by Real Estate Equities Corporation, the structure yields 49,194 square feet of office space. The project also includes expansive wraparound terraces on levels five, six, and nine, and 7,776 square feet of retail space on the ground floor and cellar level. The property is alternately addressed as 3 St. Mark’s Place and located at the northeast corner of Third Avenue.

PayPal has signed a ten-year lease to occupy 261,000 square feet at 345 Hudson and 555 Greenwich, an interconnected two-building office property in Hudson Square, Manhattan. Designed by COOKFOX Architects and developed by Hudson Square Properties, a joint venture between Hines, Trinity Church NYC, and Norges Bank Investment Management, the 17-story complex was completed in 2023 and yields 860,000 square feet of office space. PayPal will occupy three floors in the building, which is located between King and Charlton Streets.

‘Just Home’ Supportive Housing Project Revived for Jacobi Hospital In Morris Park, The Bronx

Plans have been revived for the supportive housing conversion of 1400 Pelham Parkway South, an underutilized medical building on the campus of NYC Health + Hospitals/Jacobi in Morris Park, The Bronx. Developed by The Fortune Society, the structure will yield 83 fully affordable permanent housing units for formerly incarcerated New Yorkers with complex medical needs. On-site services will also be provided by The Fortune Society in coordination with medical care from Jacobi Hospital.

Construction has topped out on Anagram Gowanus, a 20-story residential building at 450 Union Street in Gowanus, Brooklyn. Designed by SO-IL and developed by Global Holdings, Tankhouse, and McArthur Holdings, the 203,000-square-foot structure will yield 158 rental apartments in studio- to three-bedroom layouts. The project will also feature 22,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space. Magnusson Architecture & Planning is the architect of record for the project, which is located at the intersection of Union and Bond Streets.
