The Beth Rivka School for girls will soon begin construction on a new 12-story building, designed by ODA Architecture. In a recent reveal, the New York-based architecture firm unveiled renderings of the forthcoming development that will incorporate a series of cantilevered floors, a playful mixed-material façade, and an unusual pair of spherical structures on the top levels of the building.
Sales have launched for 561 Pacific Street‘s 63 residential units in Boerum Hill, Brooklyn. The 12-story project is being designed by ODA and developed by Adam America Real Estate. The site is located on the northern corner of Fourth Avenue and Pacific Street, next to the Atlantic Avenue Barclays Center subway station with access to the 2, 3, 4, 5, B, D, N, Q, and R trains. The development is also addressed as 24 Fourth Avenue.
On their Instagram page, ODA Architecture recently released a new rendering for its upcoming mixed-use residential project at 208 Delancey Street. The site is located on the Lower East Side near the foot of the Williamsburg Bridge, between Pitt Street and Ridge Street on an L-shaped plot. Designers were forced to work around an existing five-story building on the corner of Delancey and Pitt, adding to the structure’s distinctive look. 208 Delancey Street is being developed by New Empire Real Estate Development while Shiming Tam Architect is serving as the architect of record. The closest subway is the F train at the Delancey Street subway station while access to the Williamsburg Bridge is only about five blocks away to the west.
With the main facade beginning to shed the black construction netting and scaffolding, the dark-colored glazed bricks covering The Brooklyn Grove have begun to be unveiled. Standing above Boerum Hill just off of Flatbush Avenue, the new building is located at 10 Nevins Street. The 27-story residential tower will have 184 units comprised of studios to three-bedroom layouts. It is being designed by ODA, with Stephen B. Jacobs Group serving as the architect or record. Adam America Real Estate, Slate Property Group and Vanke US are the developers, while The Aguayo Team of Halstead Property Development Marketing is handling sales.
Permits have been filed for a 12-story mixed-use building at 639 Degraw Street, in Park Slope, Brooklyn. Located between 4th Avenue and 5th Avenue, the corner lot is two blocks north of the Union Street subway station, serviced by the R train. Gordon Gemma under the 167-174 4th Ave LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.
