Permits have been filed for a six-story residential building at 36-11 31st Street in Astoria, Queens. The site is right beside the 36th Avenue subway station, serviced by the N and W trains. Jewel Saeed is listed as responsible for the development.

Permits were filed in September for a six-story building at 25-28 30th Drive in Astoria, Queens. Now, YIMBY has the exclusive rendering reveal. T.F. Cusanelli & Filletti Architects will be responsible for the design. The building will be masonry and stucco-clad with touches of traditionalism. Four street-facing terraces will protrude from the façade.
