Located between Broadway and Bushwick Avenue, the lot is one city block north of the Halsey Street subway station, serviced by the J train. Nigel Boyden of Crox Dale Real Estate is listed as the owner behind the applications.
Permits for two new four-story buildings at 1111-1115 Decatur Street were filed this week, and today, YIMBY has the first look at renderings. Located in Bushwick, Brooklyn, the proposed residences are three blocks south of the Wilson Avenue subway station, serviced by the L train. According to the permits, owners for 1111 Decatur Street and 1115 Decatur Street are Chaim Landau and David Banda, respectively.
Construction at 282 Elbert Street in Bushwick, Brooklyn has nearly wrapped following some minor scheduling delays earlier this year. The project was originally anticipated to be complete this past summer.

Located at 1595 Broadway, the structure is being designed by Diego B Aguilera Architects for local developer Bawbeh United, of Williamsburg.
Permits for 272 Jefferson Street were first covered in November of 2015, and approved in May of 2016. Now, the architects have released a rendering for what’s to come for the four-story Bushwick condominium building. Stat Architecture is responsible for the design. The site is two blocks away from the Maria Hernandez Park, and three blocks is the Jefferson Street subway station, serviced by the L trains.
