Designed by Paul Lombardi of Design Studio Associates NY Inc. and developed by O&B Properties, the structure yields ten residences. Available on NYC Housing Connect are three units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $68,572 to $187,330.

Developers Celebrate Groundbreaking on Logan Fountain at 265 Logan Street in Cypress Hills, Brooklyn 

Developers and elected officials recently joined for a groundbreaking ceremony at Logan Fountain, a 169-unit mixed-income housing property at 265 Logan Street in Cypress Hills, Brooklyn. Designed by MHG Architects and developed in collaboration by The Hudson Companies, Jericho Project, and HELP USA, the 13-story building is the latest development to break ground as a result of the 2016 East New York Rezoning Initiative and will comprise a mix of affordable and supportive housing units. Construction began in August and is expected to wrap up by the end of 2024.
