The 18th-tallest building on our year-end construction countdown is 24–19 Jackson Avenue, a 676-foot-tall residential skyscraper in the Court Square section of Long Island City, Queens. Designed by FXCollaborative and developed by Tavros Capital and Charney Companies in partnership with Incoco Capital, the 55-story structure will yield 600 apartments and 10,000 square feet of retail space. The 18,000-square-foot property is bounded by 45th Avenue to the north, Jackson Avenue to the southeast, and 23rd Street to the west.

Designed by CetraRuddy Architecture and developed by Baron Property Group and Largevista, the 46-story structure will span around 511,000 square feet and yield 561 units, including 169 designated for affordable housing. Jasper Secures $290M Refinancing Package At 2-33 50th Avenue In Long Island City, Queens

The Domain Companies, LMXD, and Bridge Investment Group Holdings LLC have closed on a $290 million refinancing deal for Jasper, a newly completed mixed-use development at 2-33 50th Avenue on the Hunter’s Point waterfront in Long Island City, Queens. The financing, provided by Wells Fargo, marks an upsizing from the bank’s prior $220 million construction loan. Designed by S9 Architecture, Jasper contains 499 residential units and 33,000 square feet of retail space.
